By the grace of God, since 2000 KINDLE has been blessed to equip and serve over 300 second chair leaders, strengthening them and their congregations for ministry, and multiplying thousands of Christ-like servant leaders who lead like Jesus in their homes, congregations, workplaces, and communities.
Equip. Serve. Multiply. is a bold call to prayer, involvement, and generosity to surpass the original $300,000 and reach the $500,000 dream goal by April 2025.
Our eyes and future efforts are focused on equipping an even greater number and variety of second chair leaders through increased in person and digital access to KINDLE training and resources.
Your support is making progress to Equip Serve Multiply in these ways…
- $100,000 invests in development of new programming, focused on in-person and online learning experiences that meet the needs of a wider variety of congregations. In the last two years we have started a podcast, offered webinars and explored new ways to reach 2nd chair leaders who serve in a variety of capacities within the local church.
- $50,000 creates scholarships, increasing access for participation at in person learning experiences. Scholarships in 2023 are increasing participation in KINDLE Recent Graduates and Classic KINDLE.
- $50,000 develops new digital and print resources, for Christ-like servant leader development among teens, educators, and families.The first of a four-part resource focused on Cultivating the Heart of students is now available.
- $50,000 expands KINDLE: Finishing Well, supporting healthier transitions and Christ-like servant leader living in the legacy years. A new pilot program, KINDLE Next Callings, ready to launch Fall 2023, focused on the second chair leader and the people they serve. Learn more and register by August 5!
- $50,000 launches programming focused on continued skill building and encouragement for the growing KINDLE Community as they address today’s ministry challenges. The first KINDLE Community skill building webinar occurred in May 2023.
