Designed for second chair ministry leaders who have served in a congregational setting for four years or less, this four-day event is built around interactive learning circles of 5-6 people. Veteran coaches mentor Recent Graduates as they strive to become more intentional, Christ-like Servant Leaders.
The next KINDLE: Recent Graduates event will be held September 23-26, 2024.
How will KINDLE: Recent Graduates benefit you?
Even well-trained new graduates can face a myriad of perplexing challenges. Thus, the need for an event that will provide a “pause point” designed to strengthen healthy Christ-like servant leader practices. Those who attend this event will find valuable professional growth, support from peers and seasoned KINDLE Associates, time to rest, and an opportunity to receive God’s blessings in worship. This is truly a holistic event!
Participants are given opportunities to develop their knowledge, skills, and attitudes as they learn more fully how to steward themselves and their faith. Concurrently, they are able to address common issues and concerns of new graduates, while simultaneously developing a broader support network of peers. KINDLE is not a program of leadership training, but an introduction to a life-long process of maturing as a Christ-like Servant Leader. In an atmosphere of trust, accountability, and encouragement, each participant will learn to develop themselves “from the inside out,” building on God-given strengths and shoring up areas needing attention.
