KINDLE’s Day of Giving campaigns have been a huge blessing as we have encouraged one other to take time to give a financial gift to the ministry.
What if we were to apply the same principle to invite someone to participate in a KINDLE initiative? What if we declared September 11-17 to be the week of Each One Reach One?
In evangelism, Each One Reach One reminds us that sharing our faith story with one person may change their life for eternity. Sharing the story of what KINDLE means in your life and/or ministry may have a lasting impact on someone’s ministry as a Christ-like Servant Leader. It is our desire that it impact their congregation, their community, and the world as well.
Time and again, evaluations have shown that a KINDLE Associate, Recent Graduate, and/or supporter of KINDLE who reaches out to share their KINDLE experience is the most effective way to encourage others to register for KINDLE initiatives. You know the value of the learning event modules, mentorship, and the network of support that develops between KINDLE participants.
This Fall, KINDLE is reaching out to second chair ministry leaders who have served in a congregational setting for four years or less and inviting them to register for the KINDLE: Recent Graduates learning event to be held February 27-March 2, 2023 at the University of St. Mary of the Lake in Mundelein, Illinois. The registration fee of $825 covers program, lodging, and meals. Registration closes November 1. Those who register by September 30 will receive a free resource. We have five registrants so far and have 15 spots still available.
I would like to challenge you to reach out
to one potential participant the week of September 11-17.
Your one-to-one invitation could be the encouragement they need to help their ministry thrive through KINDLE: Recent Graduates.

There will also be two information sessions on Zoom to be held Thursday, September 15, 7:00pm (CDT) and Monday, September 26, 11:30am (CDT) led by Christine Eid (Recent Graduates Dean) and another training team member.
